Affordable cabin right in the heart of Elk Habitat, on very good, flat, sandy lot for development, camping, or use existing cabin. Close to lots of water, easy access, good roads and great neighbors. It's rustic but sound and can definitely be improved affordably. Owners have really enjoyed this peaceful get away, and the neighbors do a nice job of watching out for them. Sweet location!
